In Peru the women wear long dresses and they wear hats over their heads because it is baking hot like the oven . There are 30.30 million people living  in Peru at the moment some people live in the south of Peru. And in Peru they eat pancakes, eggs and ham. When they go to pools they don’t have to pay any money to go swimming. Peru's flag is red ,white ,red and a little bit of blue in the middle and  some green, with a little animal in the middle as well .

Swaping places with Mum for a day

Yippee, today my Mum and I are going  to swap places for a day.  Mum will have to go to school and I will have to go to Mums work. I think that it would be really awesome because work is so much better than school and I would get paid heaps of money. I would also get to drive my Mum’s cool, grey, ford car to work.

When I got to Mum’s work  the people all stared at me and asked me why I was there.  I told them “ Mum and I have swapped places for the day” and they all giggled like a bunch of giggling children.  I think I will find the job hard because I will be working for hours and hours.

After I finished work I had to go and pick up my Mum from school.  I said to Mum “how was your day at school”? and she said “it was alright”.  Next we went home for tea.  I was pleased this day was nearly over.  Now I know what my Mum has to go through and I think geez, poor Mum.  I never want to do this again.

Mums work was so hard  but at school it's boring because we don’t get breaks or money and even though Mums work was as hard as doing lots of chores at home I still want to work with Mum at her job because I want to get heaps of money.

Dear Guyfawkes its good to have guy fawkes yeah yeah

Guy fawkes

When it was fireworks day I had fireworks

An lite them at my dad's house

We got the light box.

That was the name of the fireworks the light box

We lite 10 and left 12 for next time

I was watching the fireworks go up

In the black night sky. with my Mum sister and dad

They were as loud as a cheater rooring they were as bright as a rainbow.

I didn’t like the loud noise of the firework

Because the we're hurting. my ears

I recorded the fireworks on my phone

So did my sister

She didn’t have a phone.

So she recorded it on my dads phone

After guy fawkes we're finished we were super.

Tired that we went to sleep

Me an my Mum woke up in the middle. of the night an

Heard fireworks going we finally went to sleep at 3.00

0’clock we were super tired.

I would like to eat outside with my whole family

An watch guy fawkes for anges and ages until there's no more.

I didn’t like the loud noises of the fireworks

Because they were hurting my ears.

Playing with my 2 friends

In the holidays I was at my house and I saw my 2 friends Maddie and Tekawa.   They asked my sister an I if we wanted to play with them, we both said “yes’’.

My sister an. I and my friends mum said do ‘’you’’ want’’ to go to the hot’’ pools’’ she said go and ask your mum before we go

My mum said yes pack you some togs and towels

We had fun we went to Napier hot pools ..

Before we got back we went to pak n save to get some pop corn because we we're watching. a movie at my friends house the movie was called  minions

Me and  my sister said no because we were going to ours koros early in the morning for a holiday but then there mum said maybe christmas I said yes’’ if we're not not busy  

The next day we were playing outside  so I decided to go over to my friend house they were there and we played on the tramp played with the dogs and went to cornwall park and saw my friends cousin vicky.

It was fun playing with my 2 friends

Our hearts will all ways touch

When I laid there beside you,

Could you feel me there?

My arms were wrapped around you,

And I was stroking your hair.

I was talking about all the good times,

For me they were every single day.

I wanted you to feel love and comfort,

And happy in some way.

I watched your every breath,

And prayed that each one wasn't your last.

The time we got to share together,

Went by too quick...Too fast.

I wanted you to wake up,

Please Mum...Open your eyes.

Tell me this is a nightmare,

And not our goodbyes.

As your last breath grew closer,

We lay there peacefully together.

My heart continually breaking,

Because I wanted you forever.

Then there it was,

Your final breath of air.

I didn't want to believe it,

This is so cruel and not fair.

I held your beautiful face,

And prayed you'd breath again.

I wasn't ready for you to go,

I couldn't admit that this was the end.

But then I realized that you were now in peace,

And not suffering anymore.

You were beginning the life of an Angel,

And your body would no longer be sore.

I held you close and squeezed you tight,

And tried to say goodbye.

I've lost my Mum and my number one best friend,

All my heart could do is cry.

I slowly got up,

I wanted so much to stay.

I leaned over and gave you one more kiss,

It was so hard to walk away.

Mum, you are my entire world,

And I miss you so very much.

I wish I could feel your lovable cuddle,

And your soft and gentle touch.

But for now I have to wait,

Until we meet again.

You will always be in my heart and thoughts,

My dear Mum and best friend.

The reason I think this is a good poem is because:

The person who wrote this has full stops and capital letters.

I like sad poems because my brother died and these sad poems remind me of my brother.

It had really nice words.

SATURDAY 17th September 2016 My hoilday story

At 12.00 I went to Frimley park with my sister and my

At Frimley park we had a pinick and I loved the playground .the playground

Was my thing at the park was the playground I could smell the flowers

The flowers smelled nice when we finished at the park. we went to my brothers house

And ask his son if he wanted to come to the hot pools he said yes

His mum and dad packed his clothes and we drove to the hot pools we drop

My brothers son off at 3.30 the end.

Kapa haka

Kapa Haka  

Today at Frimley School the Kapa Haka group went to Hastings

Intermediate to do a performance.   The people that went to Kapa Haka from  my class were Jaedyn, Tristan, Cameron, Liam, Kingston,  Jahmelia, Manaia and Riley.  

Once  the Kapa Haka people had left  our classroom there was only 16 of us left.  Two  people from room 17  came into join us in room 18.   Their names were  Dilshaan and Nathaniel And Jacob.
